The opening hours at the Oktoberfest differ between the beer tents and the fairground rides.

Beer tents

• Opening day: 12 noon–10.30 p.m. Service begins after the tapping at 12 noon; between 10 a.m. and 12 noon only non-alcoholic drinks and small dishes are available.
• Monday to Friday: 10 a.m.–10.30 p.m.
• Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 9 a.m.–10.30 p.m.
• Music and service end at 11.30 p.m.
• Käfers Wiesn-Schänke and the Weinzelt stay open longer — until 1 a.m., with drinks served there until 12.30 a.m.

Rides and showmen

• Opening day: 12 noon–12 midnight.
• Monday to Thursday: 10 a.m.–11.30 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 10 a.m.–12 midnight.
• Sunday: 10 a.m.–11 p.m.
